M&S Umwelttechnik GmbH was founded in 2000 by Bernd von der Heide in partnership with Mehldau & Steinfath Feuerungstechnik GmbH, which was established in Hamburg in 1963. The right step to be able to meet the increasing demands on combustion systems with regard to the reduction of pollutant emissions. Since then, our young company has developed rapidly and we are now one of the market leaders in Europe in our special field of selective non-catalytic denitrification (SNCR).
In 2015, the sons Timo and Daniel von der Heide took over the shares (40 %) of Mehldau & Steinfath Feuerungstechnik GmbH, so that the company is now 100 % family-owned.
In addition, M&S Umwelttechnik supplies urea-based reducing agents under the brand name NOxAMID, which are conditioned with special additives for the special operational requirements in SNCR systems. We are particularly proud of the fact that, thanks to our close network of suppliers and forwarding agents, we can also supply our customers with the chemicals that are urgently needed for plant availability at short notice.
